For Riot Games reviewers

A transparent view of Decktician.

A proposed Riftbound deck companion, presented for review before development of data integrations or monetisation.

Concept / pre-launch · Approval pending

Riot Games API access, use of official assets and monetisation approval have not been granted. This website is a static product concept. Its fictional cards, deck workspace and analysis panels are illustrative; they do not use a live card database or provide working AI analysis.

Product overview & audience

Decktician is intended to help Riftbound players organise decks and collections, understand card synergies and assess possible changes. It is intended for new players learning deck construction and experienced players refining their ideas.

Riftbound is the initial focus; expansion to other trading card games may be considered separately. No functional app, account system, data integration or subscription is available on this site.

The homepage contains illustrative previews of the proposed deckbuilding and analysis experience, using fictional cards and sample data. These previews do not provide working tools.

Intended platforms

Initial intended platform: Public responsive web application.

Possible future platforms: iOS and Android applications, subject to separate development, platform requirements and any necessary Riot approvals. No mobile apps currently exist.

Planned functionality

AI Deck Checker

Explain composition, potential strengths and weaknesses, synergies and possible improvements. Advice would include reasoning and tradeoffs, without promising wins or guaranteed performance.

Deck Builder

Organise cards and relevant deck sections, Legends, Champions, domains, runes and battlefields. Legality and copy-limit checks would be based on authorised information and applicable official rules, once available and verified.

Collection Manager

Record owned quantities, browse and filter cards, and help users assess upgrades using their collection. Imports and storage formats remain proposals.

AI Companion

Answer deck-building questions with advisory explanations grounded in authorised card information. This is planned functionality; no working chat service is available on this website.

Deck Improvements

Suggest possible swaps and describe the strategic tradeoffs. Users would choose whether to apply changes; recommendations would be checked against objective constraints.

Browsing & probability tools

Proposed card browsing and deck imports depend on permitted data access. A possible draw-probability tool would calculate mathematical odds for deck contents, subject to clarification and approval; it would not simulate gameplay.

Intended card data & asset use

We intend to use Riot-authorised Riftbound card data and assets only through sources and terms Riot permits. Requested uses include card information display, deck construction, objective validation, advisory AI grounding and, if permitted, asset display and caching.

No specific Riftbound API capability, data licence or permission is assumed. Availability, attribution, refresh frequency, permitted caching and any restrictions would be confirmed with Riot before integration. This prototype uses original fictional visuals and no Riot logos or official Riftbound card artwork.

Proposed user flow

Build or import a deck, review its composition and advisory analysis, then compare possible changes and choose whether to apply them. Collection-aware suggestions would use the quantities the user records. The homepage workspace illustrates the intended experience; it is not an interactive product or a validated official Riftbound deck.

AI advises; deterministic checks verify facts

The proposed design separates strategic recommendations from objective checks. Deterministic code would verify official card information, copy limits, deck legality and owned quantities using authorised data and verified rules. AI would explain strategies, identify possible synergies and suggest upgrades.

Recommendations would be validated against those facts and explicit user constraints before being presented as actionable changes. Unavailable or unverified information would be identified rather than treated as fact. These checks are planned safeguards, not implemented functionality on this static website.

Explicit product boundaries

  • No digital Riftbound gameplay client or unauthorised gameplay simulation.
  • No automated live play, live-game automation or matchmaking.
  • No player shaming or unofficial player rankings.
  • No publishing or retaining metagame-defining play rates, win rates or matchup statistics.
  • No claims of Riot affiliation, endorsement, granted licences or approved monetisation.

Privacy & security: current site and future proposal

Implemented scope: this is a static Next.js website with no accounts, submission forms, database, card API integration, AI endpoint, payment gateway or analytics tracker. Hosting infrastructure may process request information; the operator must confirm its logging, retention and settings. These remain unverified despite the website being deployed. See the draft privacy notice.

The website is deployed in a separate Vercel project with no ManaTap production connections. Google Workspace processes email enquiries; it is not a website form or AI integration. Hosting and mailbox retention and applicable provider arrangements remain to be verified.

Proposed safeguards for a future app: server-side API keys, validated requests, rate and usage limits, caching only where permitted, minimal personal-data collection and a user-data deletion process. Provider selection, access controls, retention periods and AI data handling would be documented before launch. These future protections are not represented as already operating.

Free / Pro proposal

Free · planned

Card browsing, basic deckbuilding, legality checking, basic collection management and limited AI assistance.

Pro · approval required

Advanced AI analysis, deeper synergy insights, upgrade recommendations, collection-aware improvements and higher AI limits.

Pro features and monetisation are proposals subject to Riot Games' approval. We request written approval for the proposed subscription model before introducing any charges. No prices, subscriptions, registration, checkout or payments are available on this site.

Questions for Riot Games

  1. May Decktician offer AI deck analysis grounded in Riot-authorised Riftbound card information?
  2. May it provide AI upgrade suggestions and collection-aware recommendations, with objective validation?
  3. Would the proposed Free / Pro subscription model be permitted, and what written approval or conditions are required before charging?
  4. Which official card data and assets may be displayed, and what attribution, caching, retention and refresh requirements apply?
  5. Are user deck imports and collection management permitted, and are there restrictions on formats, sources or storage?
  6. Is mathematical draw-probability analysis permitted when it does not simulate gameplay or automate live play?
  7. May authorised Riot card data be sent to third-party AI inference providers? Which fields are permitted, and what restrictions apply to provider retention, training use, caching and deletion? No such transfer or permission exists in this static implementation.
  8. What game-name/metadata and attribution wording is required for this original, fictional-art concept, which uses no Riot-owned card artwork, and how should its public review site be registered?
