What this website does

Decktician presents a proposed Riftbound companion. This implementation uses Next.js to serve informational pages and original illustrative visuals. It has no accounts, registration, submission forms, collection storage, AI processing, card API integration or payments.

The concept previews do not accept or analyse your decks, cards or personal information.

Data collection in this implementation

The application does not include an analytics tracker, advertising tracker, Speed Insights or an application feature that sets tracking cookies. It has no contact form. Visual assets are served with the site; typography uses fonts already available on your device, without requests to a third-party font service.

A hosting provider or other delivery infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps, and may keep operational or security logs. Vercel hosts this website; enabled services, cookie behaviour and log retention still need verification. This notice does not promise that hosting infrastructure collects no data.

Email correspondence

If you email Decktician, Davy Seits processes your email address, message, any attachments and associated email information to respond to your enquiry or privacy request. Google Workspace provides the email service and processes that correspondence. This is separate from the website's static previews; your email is not submitted to a deck-analysis or AI service by this website.

Mailbox retention, forwarding and access settings, applicable Google Workspace data-processing terms, subprocessors and international processing arrangements still require verification. No specific retention period or processing location is asserted here.

Purposes & lawful bases

For delivering and protecting this informational website and responding to ordinary enquiries, the intended lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): operating a reliable, secure site and answering messages people choose to send. Processing must be necessary and balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations. The operator's assessment and the actual provider processing still require review.

Handling privacy requests and keeping records necessary to meet duties under data-protection law relies on legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). No account, purchase or subscription contract is created by browsing this website. There is no website AI processing or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

Providers, retention & international processing

The website is deployed in a separate Vercel project with no ManaTap production connections. Google Workspace is the confirmed email provider. Provider-specific hosting and mailbox settings, subprocessors, processing locations and transfer safeguards still need to be verified and documented. Deployment does not establish that legal compliance has been fully verified.

The retention approach for correspondence is to keep information only while needed to resolve the enquiry or request, meet applicable legal duties, or deal with a relevant dispute. Reviews should consider whether the matter is closed, whether a legal requirement still applies and whether continued retention is necessary. Actual mailbox, archive and backup settings still need verification; this is not a promise of automatic deletion on a particular date.

Hosting-log retention must be checked against the services Vercel actually provides and any enabled log destination. No exact provider retention period, UK-only location or international-transfer mechanism is assumed. Applicable provider terms and safeguards remain to be verified and this draft updated accordingly.

Future product features

Accounts, saved decks, collections and AI assistance are proposals. If those features are developed, a revised notice would need to explain what data is collected, why it is used, how providers handle it, how long it is kept and how users can request deletion. The current notice does not cover a future functional app.

Available rights depend on the processing and its lawful basis; they are not unconditional.
