These draft terms describe an informational concept website. They are separate from the terms any future functional app would need.
These terms identify the confirmed operator and jurisdiction below. They remain a draft, have not received legal sign-off and do not claim that legal compliance has been fully verified. Final terms and their effective date require review. Publication of this static concept does not establish that these checks are complete.

Current website scope
The Decktician companion is a concept / pre-launch project. This deployed informational website presents planned features through static pages and illustrative previews. It does not provide a working deck builder, card database, AI analysis, account system, collection service or checkout.
Fictional card visuals, the deck workspace and analysis examples demonstrate the proposed interface. They are not official Riftbound card information, verified rules or live recommendations.
Plans may change
Feature descriptions express intentions, not commitments that a feature will launch or achieve a particular result. Riot Games API access, official asset use and monetisation approval have not been granted. Development and release depend on approval, implementation and further review.
No paid plan is offered here. Pro features and monetisation are proposals subject to Riot Games' approval, with written approval requested before any charges.
Independent project & intellectual property
Decktician is an independent, unofficial companion project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games. Riftbound and Riot Games names are used to identify the proposed game focus; no ownership of Riot's intellectual property is claimed.
This prototype uses original fictional visuals and does not include Riot logos or official Riftbound card artwork. Any future use of official data or assets would depend on authorised sources and applicable permissions.
Use of the informational site
You may browse the public concept pages. Browsing does not transfer ownership of site material or grant a licence to Riot's intellectual property. Contact the operator about reuse permissions; uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected. The site offers no account agreement, purchase contract or subscription.
There are no gameplay services here. Planned advice would be advisory and would not promise wins, tournament results or guaranteed improvements.

The site describes a proposed product and illustrative interfaces. Information and plans may change; examples are not verified official rules or a guarantee of future availability or results. Contact the operator if you find an error.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not create conditions for purchases, refunds or subscriptions that are not offered here.
Future app terms
A functional product would require separate reviewed terms covering accounts, user-created decks and collections, AI limitations, acceptable use, data handling and any approved paid services. These draft website terms do not establish those future arrangements.
Governing law & legal review
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law. These draft terms require further review; deployment of the informational site is not legal sign-off.
